针对5G限定域(DZ)网络质量评价中局部覆盖差异未量化、地理映射缺失、维度单一及权重静态化问题,提出融合Q-learning与双向小区影响度(BCI)的综合评价方法。方法首先采集多源数据并清洗,定义BCI量化小区与限定域的地理关联,分区域级(PRSRP)与小区级(故障/资源/容量)构建多维度评价体系,基于指数函数生成综合评价指数,最终通过Q-learning动态优化权重。预期实验表明,该方法评价准确率明显提高,场景适应性显著增强,可为5G网络优化、智慧城市通信保障提供技术支撑。

基于变权—靶心贴近度的换流变压器状态评估方法

针对换流变压器状态评估中的数据匮乏以及各评价指标间的相互中和等问题,提出一种将变权理论和靶心贴近度相结合的换流变压器状态评估模型。首先,考虑到实际案例中指标的动态发展,采用变权模型根据指标量的劣化程度进行变权处理;其次,为了达到降低数据需求并能准确评估换流变压器状态的目的,采用靶心贴近度模型确定换流变压器对各个状态等级的贴近度;最后,采用隶属度函数将靶心贴近度转化为隶属度并计算换流变压器最终状态情况。实际案例表明:文中提出的状态评估模型不仅能够有效地评估换流变压器的健康状态而且同样适用于电力变压器 ...
