客观合理地评估断路器运行状态是提高设备运行可靠性、保证电力系统安全稳定运行的重要手段。通过将真空断路器评价标准处理为理想区间数概念,提出了基于组合赋权思想的理想区间法来评估断路器状态。首先针对单一赋权方法的局限性,采取基于灰关联度思想的改进方法确定指标主观权重,基于数据变异度的熵权法得到客观权值,同时引入矩估计理论建立二者偏差最小的规划方程组以求出指标最优组合权重;再运用多目标决策的理想区间法计算待评样本与标准理想区间的距离值,倒代换归一化处理后根据择近原则得出断路器评估等级。算例表明,该方法有效可行 ...

局部加权回归方法(Lowess方法)作为一种较常见的基因芯片数据标准化方法涉及到众多的参数和权函数.对于权函数的选择一直以来都是采用三次权函数.因此本文从误差为重尾型的t分布出发,模拟不同自由度的基因芯片数据,然后选择不同的权函数对这些数据进行Lowess方法标准化,并利用残差平方和、标准化后的M和A值的相关系数及MA图作为评判标准,最终得到相关指标量与权函数的变化关系.

电力变压器各部件故障模式之间具有高度的复杂性和关联性,且设备价值昂贵,实施可靠性试验困难,所以难以利用传统重要度定义的方法进行重要度分析。鉴于上述问题,笔者提出了基于梯形模糊数的重要度评定方法。通过分析影响故障模式重要度的因素,建立了重要度评价指标体系,并借助德尔菲法制定了指标的评价等级及相应评分准则,引入了协调程度的概念对专家评分进行修正,并利用梯形模糊数确定指标权重,最终通过线性加权将指标与指标权重结合,得到了各故障模式的重要度。计算实例表明,该方法简便、有效,可用于电力变压器的可靠性评估及维修决策。
