Gaoya dianqi, 2016 文中对SF6/N2混合气体在不均匀场下的击穿特性展开研究,通过测量棒—板电极在不同电极间距、混合比、压强下的正、负极性击穿电压值,分析电场不均匀度及气体压强对SF6/N2混合气体极性效应的影响。研究结果表明:在0.1 MPa时,击穿电压随着电极间距的增大而增大,N2负极性的击穿电压高于正极性的击穿电压,在电极间距为12 mm时,负极性击穿电压是正极性击穿电压的1.71倍,而SF6气体与N2极性效应相反,表现为正极性的击穿电压略高于负极性的击穿电压;电极间距为4 mm时,随气体压强的升高负极性击穿电压增大,
