极不均匀场下SF6/CF4混合气体中环氧树脂绝缘子沿面闪络特性研究
文中通过实验手段研究SF6/CF4混合气体中环氧树脂复合材料绝缘子试样的直流沿面闪络特性,实验中采用针—板电极结构模拟极不均匀电场情况,分析了气体压强、SF6混合比以及电压极性对闪络电压的影响规律。实验中,电极间距为5 mm,实验气压为0.10.4 MPa。实验结果表明:当混合气体中SF6混合比为40%时,在实验气压范围内,绝缘子闪络电压可达到相同气压SF6中闪络电压的60%以上。针—板电极下SF6/CF4混合气体闪络电压的协同效应在正、负极性下区别显著,负极性下的协同效应较弱。同时 ...

为研究过焊孔衬板连接焊缝对梁柱连接节点断裂性能的影响,设计了3个栓焊混合连接边柱节点试件进行低周往复加载试验,研究试件的断裂特性及极限承载能力,建立三维有限元计算模型,以Ⅰ型裂纹尖端应力强度因子KⅠ和J积分作为评价指标,对比分析了过焊孔衬板连接焊缝对节点断裂性能的影响。研究结果表明:过焊孔衬板带双边焊缝节点试件的延性系数、等效粘滞阻尼系数和极限承载力与带单边焊缝节点试件的对应值相比,分别提高了29%、31%和23%;过焊孔衬板带四边围焊缝节点试件的延性系数 ...

SF6直流装置中支撑绝缘子冲击闪络特性的研究——静电积聚的影响
本文着重介绍用于SF6直流装置中的支撑绝缘予冲击闪络特性的影响因素和由先期施加直流高压形成的电荷积聚对支撑绝缘子冲击闪络水平的影响。试验表明,静电积聚对支撑绝缘子冲击闪络水平的影响有极性效应,即与直流同极性的冲击闪络水平变化不大,而与直流异极性的冲击闪络水平有所下降。下降程度与直流电压大小,持续时间等有关。这种极性效应可用表面电荷积聚的影响来解释。试验逐表明,具有波纹状表面的支撑绝焯子由于闪络路径与电荷积聚的部位不同因此受影响很小。
