沿海拔梯度选取不同植被群落的12个样地,通过陷阱及铗日法对秦岭南麓中、东段不同群落中小型兽类物种多样性及分布进行调查,累计2 968个工作日,捕获小型兽类2目6科21种,266只,平均捕获率711%。香农-维纳指数和均匀度指数显示,物种多样性在栎林落叶阔叶林最高,农耕带最低。秦岭中段物种多样性呈现出较为明显的中海拔分布格局,而东段的分布格局不甚明显。此外,两区域常见种存在差异,中段主要为中华姬鼠(Apodemus draco)和四川短尾鼩(Anourosorex squamipes),而东段为大林姬鼠(

Abstract Changing fire regimes have important implications for biodiversity and challenge traditional conservation approaches that rely on historical conditions as proxies for ecological integrity. 在短花针茅荒漠草原,对比研究了不同放牧制度群落植物重要值和多样性,研究结果表明:划区轮牧和对照区重要值较高的植物为短花针茅、无芒隐子草、碱韭和糙隐子草,自由放牧区1年生植物重要值较高;2002年Shannon-Wiener、Simpson和Pielou群落多样性指数自由放牧区偏高于轮牧区,但从3种指数的影响因子重要值的分布上看,轮牧区主要分布在建群种和优势种上,自由放牧区分布在建群种、伴生种和1年生植物上,可以认为轮牧条件下群落环境更稳定.
