压力适应量表的汉化及其在多病共存患者中的信效度检验

创伤性颅脑损伤的现状及颅内压增高的概述

创伤性颅脑损伤（traumatic brain injury,TBI）属于常见脑外伤，具有高发生率、高病死率及高致残率等特点。近年来，发病率逐年上升，死残率高居所有外伤的首位。TBI常合并颅内高压，严重威胁患者生命，因此颅内压的监测有助于判断病情变化及指导临床治疗。积极治疗颅内高压可降低脑疝发生的风险，有效提高生命质量。
