液压机构液压系统的气体污染与控制

针对液压机构液压系统气体污染的危害问题,介绍了高压断路器液压机构的工作原理,分析了液压系统气体污染产生的途径,重点论述了气体污染对系统运行的危害——造成渗漏油、动作时间不稳定、气蚀等现象,最后提出了防范气体污染的措施,主要从结构设计和整体布置上避免气体的存留,并采取抽真空或加装排气阀的方法进行排气处理,有效控制液压系统的气体污染。

C4F7N/CO2二元混合气体雷电冲击绝缘特性研究

SF6替代气体在电力设备中的应用研究越来越广泛,其中氟化腈C4F7N被认为是目前最具潜力实现SF6替代的气体之一。文中结合隔离开关断口结构,研究了C4F7N/CO2二元混合气体的雷电冲击绝缘特性。基于混合气体绝缘试验平台,重点分析了气体种类,电压极性、充气气压、电极距离、C4F7N占比对50%击穿电压的影响规律。试验结果表明:在研究范围内,50%击穿电压随着充气气压、电极距离和C4F7N占比的增大均呈升高趋势。当充气气压升高到100、150、200 k Pa时,对应50%击穿电压(20:80,15 mm)

压气式SF6断路器空载和负载下压力测量试验研究

笔者采用压阻式压力传感器和光纤压力传感器对252 kV压气式断路器空载和10 kA开断电流条件下灭弧室内的暂态气压进行了测量,得到了灭弧室内压气缸、喷口上游、喷口喉部、喷口下游4个测点的暂态气压,并对试验方法和测试系统进行了介绍。试验证明,压阻式压力传感器和光纤压力传感器均可以有效测量断路器灭弧室的暂态气压,导压管长度对测量结果的影响不容忽视。
