ABSTRACT Because of superior transportability and high energy capacity, methanol is regarded as a potential hydrogen carrier. Photocatalytic methanol dehydrogenation offers a sustainable and cost‐effective method for releasing hydrogen. Conventional photocatalysts face challenging obstacles, including the low catalytic efficiency and rapid ...

ABSTRACT Engineering of the catalyst interface and modulation of transition–metal d–band play critical roles in the electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). Herein, a synthetic strategy is developed to fabricate nitrogen‐doped carbon nanotubes (N–CNTs)–supported Ni3Se4–CeO2 heterojunction catalysts through a facile chemical vapor deposition (

ABSTRACT The urgent environmental crisis caused by polyethylene terephthalate (PET) waste necessitates efficient upcycling strategies. Herein, we establish a novel pathway to transform waste PET plastic into a high‐performance catalytic material for mediating the oxygen evolution reaction (OER). Through a one‐step hydrothermal process, waste PET serves

Biodiversity‐driven spatial conservation planning to delineate temporally stable regions
Abstract The accelerating loss of biodiversity underscores the critical need for effective conservation strategies, particularly in the face of climate change and anthropogenic pressures. We devised a conservation planning framework that adopts a temporal stacking approach to species distribution models and landscape connectivity analyses. These models

ABSTRACT The large‐scale application of titanium is limited by its high production costs, as well as its low utilization and recycling rates. Therefore, efficient recovery of titanium scrap offers a viable pathway to reduce its cost. Molten‐salt electrolysis offers a promising route for upcycling titanium scrap, but the conventional method, which ...

ABSTRACT Masculinity significantly influences men's health‐seeking behaviors, yet its intersection with legal frameworks and healthcare access in Sub‐Saharan Africa remains underexplored. This mixed‐methods study investigates how gender norms and structural barriers influence healthcare experiences among 60 middle‐aged men (aged 30–60 years) in Yaoundé,

Overreliance on Orthographic Similarity in L2‐Japanese Conceptual Processing by L1‐Chinese Learners
ABSTRACT Orthographic and phonological similarities between first (L1) and second (L2) languages can facilitate L2 processing. Particularly, L1‐Chinese learners of L2‐Japanese can benefit from the shared morphosyllabic Chinese characters (Japanese kanji/Chinese hanzi) because of their similar orthographies.

HIERARCHICAL PRECARITY: Dance Hosting, Labor Struggles, and Masculine Insecurities in China
ABSTRACT Young Chinese male migrant workers partner with middle‐aged women in dance halls, and sell intimacy and romantic relationships in everyday locations as “dance hosts.” Dance hosts experience considerable job precarity and masculine insecurities.
