负载二氢槲皮素的甘油解猪油微乳液 体外抗氧化性及消化性Antioxidant activity and digestibility in vitro of glycerolized lard microemulsion loaded with dihydroquercetin

为解决含甘油解猪油的食品在贮藏过程中易被氧化的问题,向甘油解猪油中加入二氢槲皮素,制备负载二氢槲皮素的甘油解猪油微乳液,通过体外模型测定该微乳液的还原力以及对DPPH、ABTS和羟自由基的清除能力,探讨含二氢槲皮素甘油解猪油微乳液的体外抗氧化性,同时通过体外模拟胃肠消化测定其消化性。结果表明:该微乳液具有一定的还原力及DPPH、ABTS、羟自由基的清除能力,且还原力及自由基清除能力均随着二氢槲皮素负载量的增加而升高,相关性显著;该微乳液经胃消化2 h后二氢槲皮素的保留率为79.25 ...

储氢单元在天然气管网中的定容优化研究 [PDF]

针对当前碳排放量过高的问题,在保证安全的前提下,将P2H装置制得的氢气掺混进入天然气管网进行运输,是当前降低碳排放的有效途径。文章建立了考虑储氢单元的天然气管网运行的混合整数线性规划模型,以最小化系统运行成本和最大化系统碳减排量为目标函数,考虑储氢单元、P2H制氢量和天然气管网运行约束,采用了ε约束法对多目标规划问题求解,确定了不同减排目标下电转氢气装置和储氢罐在天然气管网中的配置策略。考虑了天然气管网中含储氢单元和不含储氢单元两种运行场景,通过算例分析不同场景下的碳减排量和运行成本 ...
