氧化锌压敏电阻器耐冷热冲击性的影响因素研究

研究了环氧粉末包封料、助焊剂残留及清洗剂、氧化锌压敏电阻器引线直径、硅胶内涂、环氧粉末包封料固化温度和时间、冷热冲击条件等多种因素对于氧化锌压敏电阻器耐冷热冲击性的影响。通过研究发现,不同环氧粉末包封料影响较大。助焊剂残留会严重劣化耐冷热冲击性,不同清洗剂的清洗效果存在差异。环氧粉末包封料固化不充分,会降低耐冷热冲击性。硅胶内涂因为与环氧的相容性差,会明显劣化耐冷热冲击性。不同的耐冷热冲击条件,其中低温区影响更加明显。

航空供电系统用氧化锌压敏电阻多重雷电冲击老化及失效特性研究

氧化锌压敏电阻在重复过电压下性能会逐渐劣化,最终可能导致短路、起火或爆炸,目前单次耐受测试无法全面反映ZnO压敏电阻在实际使用中的预期性能,亟需对其冲击老化特性及失效机理进行深入研究。文中建立了ZnO压敏电阻重复冲击电流试验实验平台,研究了以压敏电压、冲击残压及泄漏电流为表征的ZnO压敏电阻保护特性劣化特性。研究结果表明,压敏电阻的冲击老化寿命随着冲击密度的增加而显著减少,这是由于电阻片尺寸效应引起的微观缺陷增加所致。此外,不同电流幅值条件下的冲击间隔对老化过程也有显著影响 ...

烧结降温速率对ZnO压敏陶瓷电性能的影响

氧化锌(ZnO)压敏陶瓷是金属氧化物避雷器的核心元件。ZnO电阻片的残压比、电位梯度、漏电流等性能参数与避雷器的保护性、可靠性、轻便性有着直接关联。通过调控ZnO电阻片在烧结降温过程中900 ℃ — 400 ℃温度区间内的降温速率,实现了残压比、电位梯度和漏电流的协同优化。通过宽带介电温谱,发现本征点缺陷浓度随降温速率增加而增大,锌填隙缺陷浓度的增加相较于氧空位缺陷浓度的增加更为显著。通过解耦残压比和电位梯度的影响因素,发现ZnO电阻片残压比的变化主要受降温速率影响 ...
