氧化锌(ZnO)因其优异的紫外线阻断性能而被广泛应用于化妆品领域。本研究旨在探讨三乙氧基辛基硅烷(TS)、氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷(HD)、硬脂酸(SA)和硅石(S)四种不同改性剂处理后的ZnO复合材料在物理防晒霜中的适用性。系统评价各复合材料及其制品的性能后发现TS处理ZnO复合材料(ZnO-TS)的透明度优异、在配方中的分散性、肤感和稳定性优秀,并能够在室外和日常通勤状态下分别稳定维持4 h 和8 h紫外线防护效果。该研究为物理防晒霜的研发提供了一定实验参考。
