一例重度主动脉瓣关闭不全的高龄患者,外科换瓣风险高,经术前详细评估后,成功经心尖路径完成经导管主动脉瓣置换术。患者术后出现完全性左束支传导阻滞并导致左心功能下降,心力衰竭指南导向的药物治疗后心功能改善不佳,于术后4.5个月行左束支起搏心功能明显改善。
