为了进一步探究钢铁行业循环水补充水加药方案,利用主成分分析法分析不同水质类型的时空分布特点,并采用结垢指数法分析5个地区补充水水质类型和不同浓缩倍数下的结垢倾向,从而确定加药方案。主成分分析结果表明:补水为地下水时主要受钙硬、电导率、总碱和氯离子影响,补水为河流水或市政水时主要受总铁与浊度影响;结垢指数法表明:地下水为补充水偏结垢,河流水或市政水为补充水偏腐蚀;建议地下水为补水时浓缩倍数为4~5,河流水或市政水为补水时浓缩倍数为3~4。依据各地区水质类型与浓缩倍数,优化各地区的建议加药方案。
