水路及均压电极布置方式对MMC换流阀阀端间交直流耐压试验的影响研究
MMC换流阀阀端间交直流耐压试验时,换流器闭锁,电容电压控制算法未投入使用,因此,子模块的均压特性受系统阻容网络的影响。根据试验录波结果,阀塔层间子模块电压分布规律为顶层和底层高,中间层低,子模块电压先发散,后趋于平衡。经过分析得到水路及均压电极布置方式对系统阻容网络有很大的影响,是试验过程中造成层间子模块不均压的主要因素。通过搭建MMC换流阀阀端间交直流耐压试验详细仿真模型,仿真得到层间子模块电压分布规律与试验基本一致,10 s试验最大不均压度为3.9%,3 h试验最大不均压度8.9 ...

通过水压试验和仿真分析,研究了252 kV三相共箱盆式绝缘子的机械特性,得到了三相共箱盆式绝缘子的应力分布及薄弱位置。在水压试验中实时测量了盆式绝缘子的应变,得到了绝缘子的应力分布和变化;对绝缘子水压过程进行了仿真分析,仿真结果与试验结果一致。研究结果表明:三相共箱盆式绝缘子破坏压力值为2.6 MPa,对应的最大破坏应力为78.28 MPa;水压破坏呈脆性破坏;绝缘子的薄弱位置是弧面曲率变化最大处。

基于水下卧式采油树使用工况和结构特点,确定了水下采油树静水压试验方案,完成了水下卧式采油树静水压试验装置设计和关键结构设计,在此基础上拓展了试验装置的功能和用途。该试验装置具备采油树静水压试验时所需的连接、密封、承载等功能,装置中螺纹式连接接头可用于金属密封垫环预紧力的测试,建立的金属密封垫环工作内压与预紧力之间的对应关系可用于研究海洋水下设备之间金属密封垫环的连接、挤压、变形和密封等问题,从而为现场使用提供参考依据。
