基于复合绝缘子污闪模型的闪络特性分析

利用Obenaus模型对复合绝缘子的闪络特性进行分析,以现场运行年限不同的试品在不同喷水电导率下进行闪络试验,试验结果表明:同一试品闪络电压随着喷水电导率的增加呈指数规律下降,但憎水性差的试品变化规律不够明显。通过试验及模型计算,得出电弧总的阴阳极压降和憎水性存在一定关系,其数值大小随着憎水性能的减弱而减小。研究结果表明:憎水性是影响复合绝缘子闪络电压的主要因素,它是通过决定电弧总的阴阳极压降的大小来影响闪络电压的数值;闪络电压还受水带电导率的影响,电导率取决于绝缘子表面的积污程度。

气体绝缘开关柜通常采用内锥或外锥套管作为绝缘水平试验时的高压引入接口。目前常用的高压引入装置为高压试验电缆,环氧绝缘内锥高压适配器。提出了一种新型的硅橡胶绝缘高压适配器设计,适用于各种C-GIS或其他气体绝缘开关设备的绝缘水平试验用高压引入接口。该设计结构简单、制造成本低、安装快捷方便,已广泛应用于气体绝缘开关设备的工厂出厂试验、现场交接试验等需要高压引入的场合。
