通过分析食品添加剂废水成分,探讨了现有混合废水处理工艺存在的问题,提出了在现有混合废水处理工艺前增设预处理工序的方案。对混合废水通过Fenton氧化、混凝沉淀等方法进行预处理后,现有污水处理工艺可以正常运行。工艺改造后的运行结果表明:经过预处理的混合废水再经原废水站处理后,出水水质能达到工业园区废水接管标准。由于混合废水得到综合利用,废水排放量也相应减少。

秦皇岛某污水处理厂采用A2/O工艺进行污水处理, 设计出水满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)的二级标准限值要求。由于对污水排放要求的提高, 该厂出水不能外排, 需进入中水厂进行深度处理。基于污水处理厂现状, 在分析工艺能耗构成的基础上, 通过合理确定污水处理程度, 调节风机风量分配, 对污水提升泵进行变频改造与优化运行, 达到了降低污水处理厂能耗的目的。

内蒙古蒙维科技有限公司废水处理工程设计规模为200 m3/h,采用带选择器的活性污泥法作为废水处理的核心工艺。介绍了废水的水质水量、处理工艺流程和各处理单元设计参数,并对设计和运行中的经验进行了总结。运行实践表明,该废水处理工程运行良好,处理效果稳定,处理出水达到《污水再生利用工程设计规范》(GB 50335-2002)中“再生水用作冷却用水的水质控制指标”,全部回用作循环冷却水。

随着我国经济技术的发展,污水和污泥的处理量都随之增加,对于不同污水来源,污泥处理工艺的选择不同。某综合污水处理厂,进水中80%为工业污水,采用“多段AAO生物池+多效澄清池+臭氧氧化+曝气生物滤池+加炭澄清池”为核心的污水处理工艺,结合项目现状、污水处理工艺流程、污泥的特点,对污泥处理工艺、污泥处理设备进行比选,最终采用“污泥浓缩+污泥脱水+污泥处置”的处理工艺,其中污泥浓缩采用带式浓缩机,污泥脱水采用高压板框压滤。经过一年多的运行,该工程处理后的污泥含水率低于60%,污泥处理处置费701元/t ...
