玉米深加工生产废水深度处理工程实例

以某玉米深加工公司生产废水的深度处理工程为例,对现有污水处理工艺进行了改造设计,将生物曝气滤池+臭氧消毒+转盘滤布滤池+超滤工艺作为深度处理工艺串联在原有污水处理站,介绍了该深度处理工艺特点、设计参数、处理效果及运行成本.经过深度处理,出水水质由原《污水综合排放标准》二级标准提高到《生活杂用水水质标准》,新增水处理费用仅为0.128元/m3,清水回收率可达97%.

Study on standard treatment and reuse technology of dyeing wastewater(印染废水达标处理与回用技术研究)

以印染废水为主的综合废水采用生化与物化相结合的处理工艺进行达标处理.对该废水首先进行中和处理,再采用A/O工艺处理,厌氧处理CODCr去除率一般在15%~20%左右;好氧生物处理CODCr的去除率在60%~70%, BODs去除率达到90%以上.运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定,处理出水达到了《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》的一级标准.同时,对印染厂预处理后废水在以砂过滤、臭氧氧化等作为预处理的前提下,采用集成膜(连续超微滤+反渗透)为核心的深度处理,经研究发现深度处理出水可回用于印染加工过程 ...
