食品工业废水具有来源广泛、成分复杂的特点,因其中含有大量中、高浓度有机物,易对环境造成一定污染。从物化处理、生物处理以及物化-生物处理3个方面综述了食品工业废水处理技术的研究进展。其中,物化处理包括膜分离法、高级氧化法、电絮凝法等;生物处理包括好氧处理、厌氧处理、厌氧-好氧处理及生物膜处理;物化-生物处理是将二者相结合得到的新型废水处理技术。最后,对食品工业废水处理技术的未来发展方向进行了展望。

针对江西某聚氨酯公司生产废水甲醛含量高,COD和氨氮浓度高,以及可生化性差的特点,设计采用“预处理-生化反应-深度处理”的组合工艺对其进行处理。其中,预处理通过聚糖反应去除废水中的甲醛,并提高废水的可生化性;生化反应采用A2/O工艺,主要去除废水中的COD和氨氮;生化处理出水采用臭氧催化氧化进行深度处理。工程实际运行结果表明,最终处理出水甲醛≤5 mg/L,COD≤500 mg/L,氨氮≤45 mg/L,出水水质达到园区接管标准。

采取分类预处理及水解酸化+好氧生化+混凝沉淀的组合工艺对某电动车厂涂装废水进行综合处理,出水可实现达标排放。分类物化预处理可有效去除废水中特定污染物,并解决不同工艺所产生废水水质差别较大的问题。将预处理后废水与生活污水混合并经过水解酸化过程,可有效提高废水可生化性,从而实现后续的生化处理。该组合工艺稳定可靠,成本低廉,直接处理费用为2.45元/t。

Abstract Marine heat waves detrimentally affect a range of marine species, including seabirds, and are increasing in frequency and severity. When thousands of dead seabirds wash up on beaches, the public becomes concerned. However, the number of dead birds recorded on beaches is only a fraction of the total mortality; most birds perish at sea.

焦化废水是一种氨氮和有机物浓度较高的难生化降解有机废水。系统地介绍了国内外近年来在焦化废水处理方面的研究进展。生物强化技术可以在原有设施基础上提高处理范围和处理能力,比较适合我国焦化废水处理的现状 ;固定化微生物技术、生物脱氮技术及生物流化床技术对传统生化处理技术进行了有效的改进,在焦化废水处理中将有良好的应用前景 ;与生化技术相比,化学技术的工艺简单、反应速度快、净化率高,但缺点是投资与处理费用较高。
