采用氧化-生化法处理制药工业废水,处理量为100m3/d,进水CODCr为1000~4000mg/L。运行实践表明,氧化处理工艺能够降解该废水中的大多数高分子化合物;生化处理中的水解酸化工艺可明显提高废水的可生物降解性,生物接触氧化处理工艺CODCr去除率大于97%。采用该工艺的废水处理装置从2003年9月运行至今,处理出水各项指标完全符合国家排放标准,运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定,耐负荷冲击性强,工艺组合合理,具有广阔的工业应用前景。

河南某煤化工企业采用分质预处理和多种工艺组合方式深度处理煤化工废水,即采用水解酸化+UASB预处理乙二醇废水,两级破氰技术预处理煤气化废水,经预处理的废水与其他生产废水、生活污水混合后采用A/O生化处理;对生化出水、循环排污水和除盐排污水的混合水采用臭氧氧化+曝气生物滤池(BAF)组合工艺深度处理。结果表明,最终出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的一级标准和《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)的一级A标准。

煤气化废水是煤气化过程中产生的废水,具有污染物浓度高、有毒、难降解等水质特点。从高浓度煤气化废水处理工艺的物化预处理、生化处理和深度处理三个环节介绍了煤气化废水处理技术的研究现状,并着重分析各处理技术的优缺点和在应用中存在的问题。展望了煤气化废水处理技术的未来研究方向,即脱酚和蒸氨工艺的优化、膜生物反应器强化工艺及膜技术深度处理的进一步研究,为解决煤气化废水治理难题提供借鉴和参考。

河南某焦化厂污水处理站采用预处理—生化—混凝沉淀常规处理工艺,出水水质差,影响后续回用单元处理效果。在原有废水处理设施基础上,工程改造在预处理单元增加污泥吸附,并在曝气池投加活性焦粉吸附剂,形成活性焦吸附与生化处理耦合工艺,提高生化处理效果。增加活性焦吸附深度处理单元,对混凝沉淀池出水进行进一步吸附处理,确保最终出水COD达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171—2012)。
