为提高水平井裸眼长井段砾石充填密实效果,解决水平井筛管的堵塞问题,开发了水平井分段砾石充填技术。介绍了水平井裸眼分段砾石充填管柱、主要砾石充填工具——新型砾石充填复合防砂筛管、充填封隔器和充填洗井总成的结构及工作原理,阐述了水平井分段砾石充填技术在胜利油田单56-平23井的应用情况。应用结果表明,水平井分段砾石充填技术充填均匀可靠,效果理想,可避免长井段充填时因砂沉积在某一段而无法继续填砂的风险,有效提高了水平井裸眼长井段砾石充填密实程度,是长水平段水平井防砂技术的发展趋势。

为满足油田长水平段(>500 m)及超长水平段(>1 500 m)水平井动态监测测井的井下仪器输送需要,着重介绍了牵引器输送、挠性管输送和水力输送等3种测井仪器井下输送新工艺技术,阐述了新工艺技术在油田套管水平井动态监测中的应用情况。应用结果表明,牵引器输送法可以完成固井质量检测、硼中子寿命测井找水、氧活化水流找水、井温及电磁探伤、陀螺测斜等测井项目,是目前水平井动态监测测井的最佳输送方式,但其对井眼条件要求较高,测井前需要彻底清洗井筒;水力输送法施工工艺简单,成本低,因此适用于水平井及大斜度井找水 ...
