针对吉林油田大安北致密油水平井采用裸眼滑套可开关封隔器多段分压工艺开采,对压后段间矛盾突出,呈现产量低、含水高的情况进行了出水治理技术研究。采用普通油管或连续管带动开关工具,可以将任意层的滑套打开或关闭进行逐层试采,也可以将高含水层段关闭,达到堵水消除段间干扰目的。2口井的现场施工结果表明,施工成功率100%,有效率100%,其中施工后的红平X1井由原来平均日产油0.5 m3增至5.0 m3,红平X2井由原来平均日产油1.8 m3增至8.5 m3。研究结果可为该类水平井的出水治理提供参考。

针对国内传统开关阀不适用于水平井控水稳油的分层开采,设计了水平井压差平衡式开关阀。水平井压差平衡式开关阀在设计上充分考虑了高压密封性、防震抗冲击性及防砂堵技术性能。尤其是采用了独特的自适应动态压力平衡系统及电子开关体精密检测限位等高新技术设计,确保了仪器井下工作的长期稳定性和可靠性。现场试验结果表明,该开关阀克服了现有的开关阀在调整开关时泵车压力精度不易控制,多级使用时造成开关误动作的不足,提高了水平井找水的效率和准确性。
