复杂土壤条件下的深井法降阻研究

针对深井接地板设计过程中通常将实际的水平多层土壤结构视为均匀土壤或简化为两层水平分层结构导致设计值与测量值相差较大的问题,提出了基于数值分析的多层水平分层结构下的深井接地极接地阻值计算模型。并结合桌220 kV变电站运用深井爆破法降阻的案例,通过数值分析的方法获取变电站的土壤分层结构后运用上述模型进行了计算。最后通过仿真验证了深井接地极分层计算模型的准确性,并分析出深井爆破法降阻效果与井深以及下层土壤电阻率的关系。

页岩气储层体积压裂后进行注气开采时提高页岩采收率的重要手段之一,进行页岩气注CO_2开发数值模拟是明确页岩气储层注CO_2开发增产机制,优化注入工艺方案的关键。基于页岩气储层双重介质地质特征,且考虑页岩孔隙度和渗透率的应力敏感性,建立了页岩气注气开采多组分气体扩散和流动控制方程组,并进行数值模拟,分析了不同注气组分和渗透率敏感性对页岩气产量的影响。结果表明:注CO_2比未注CO_2开采的产气量有显著提升,且应力敏感性对产量预测结果影响较大,CO_2注入组分等因素也会对日产量产生影响 ...

为解决水平井注蒸汽测试中高温高压下动密封和连续管注入头超温问题,成功研制了水平井注蒸汽测试井口防喷密封装置。该装置采用二级密封及长密封段自密封方式,采用耐高温氟橡胶、碳纤维及钢垫的组合形式做密封件,采用耐350 ℃高温导热油自动控制加压密封件,采用水循环冷却管给连续管、密封系统降温,可确保起下时注入头不超温和施工安全。在测试起下过程中,2口水平井井口注汽压力均在13 MPa以上,井口防喷密封装置未发生蒸汽泄漏,注入头处温度低于120 ℃,完全可以满足高温高压下用连续管测试施工要求。
