A new adaptive algorithm for digital video watermarking(一种视频图像的自适应水印新算法)

随着计算机和网络技术的快速发展,数字水印技术正成为一种数字媒体知识产权保护的有效方法.本文提出一种视频自适应水印新算法,它直接对压缩后的视频数据流进行操作,将水印信息嵌入到运动矢量上.根据待嵌入的水印信息和运动矢量的特征矢量,新算法自动调整嵌入方案,使得嵌入水印后的图像质量损失达到最小.水印的提取算法具有盲检功能,并且新算法与视频压缩标准有很好的兼容性.实验结果表明,算法简单有效.

选取闽东南九龙江流域21个典型小流域开展2010年丰(8月)、平(11月)、枯(2月)3个水期的基流水质监测,并借助gIS、多元统计分析方法识别流域水质的时空分布特征及其影响因素,为九龙江流域水质监测、管理与控制提供依据.结果表明,九龙江水质枯水期最差,平水期次之,丰水期水质较好.表征生活污水、工业废水的污染因子对水质变化的贡献率为45.58%,表征农业污染的主成分的贡献率为21.28%.nH4+-n、SrP、高锰酸盐指数、k+、Cl-、Mg2+、nA+浓度与建设用地比例、人口密度呈显著的正相关,nO3-

框架-弯剪型支撑体系中框架柱的柱端弯矩放大系数

结构在水平荷载作用下产生水平侧移,竖向荷载作用于水平侧移而产生的内力与侧移增大的现象称为二阶效应,设计时有必要考虑此放大。支撑结构本身的变形特性不同时,这种二阶效应计算公式应有区别,但是目前各国规范只有剪切型结构的二阶效应系数。本文对在水平力和竖向力作用下的框架-弯剪型支撑体系中框架柱的柱端弯矩放大系数,提出了简单的计算公式,用ANSYS有限元计算了各种算例,算例中包括了变截面、变刚度、变轴力等各种形式。比较了有限元结果与近似公式,结果表明提出的公式精度良好。
