Compliance in Regulatory Gray Areas: The Case of the Organic Seed Standard
Policy Studies Journal, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Adaptive regulations, designed to balance flexibility with accountability, can embed provisions that unintentionally leave room for firms to shirk on their responsibilities by exploiting flexibility. We call these provisions “regulatory gray areas,” and ask: how should we understand (non‐)compliance in adaptive regulatory settings?

Gongye shui chuli, 2000 作者采用完全混合活性污泥法研究了大生活用海水进入城市污水系统后,不同海水盐度下污水的基质降解动力学。得出了污水中分别含 12 %、24 %和 36%海水时的基质降解速率常数和基质降解动力学模型。随着污水中海水比例的增大,基质降解速率常数逐渐变小。

Gongye shui chuli, 2002 通过在废水中加入NaCl电解质,考察了电解阳极间接氧化法制药废水的处理效果。实验分析了废水中电解质NaCl对制药废水电解过程中CODCr、色度去除的影响,并对不同用量NaCl电解效果进行了对比。另外还用电解质Na2 SO4 、NaNO3 作了对比实验来说明NaCl产生的电解阳极间接氧化的存在。最后对甲红霉素废水进行中试实验,结果表明,NaCl电解产生的NaClO具有极强的氧化性,促进了CODCr的去除,同时还发现,废水中氨氮的存在不利于废水CODCr的去除。

四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2004 两种氮杂冠醚 水杨醛亚胺Schiff碱合钴(Ⅱ)被作为水解酶模型,催化羧酸酯(PNPP)水解.研究了该水解反应的动力学和机理.提出了水解反应的动力学模型.结果表明,在室温(25℃)条件下,这类钴(Ⅱ)配合物催化PNPP水解速率随着缓冲溶液pH值的增大而提高,表现出高的催化活性.

四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2007 在pH7.0～8.2和25℃下,用分光光度法研究了两种带冠醚环或吗啉环的Schiff碱钴(Ⅱ)配合物CoL1和CoL2,作为模拟水解金属酶,对羧酸酯水解的催化作用.通过对水解反应体系的特性吸收光谱的分析,提出了PNPP的催化水解的机理,并在此机理上建立了PNPP催化水解的动力学数学模型.讨论了两种Co(Ⅱ)配合物催化水解PNPP的性能,动力学和反应机理.
