Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1988 本文将我院自1964.4～1982.12月收治的女性单侧Ⅱ、Ⅲ期乳腺癌554例,根据不同治疗方法的组合分为四组:根治术组(160例),根治术+化疗组(182例),根治术+放疗组(137例),根治术+化疗+放疗组(75例),并分析比较了各组的疗效,局部复发率及远处转移率,以探讨各种辅助治疗在Ⅱ、Ⅲ期乳腺癌根治术后的价值。本文资料表明:化学治疗是乳腺癌根治术后一种较好的辅助治疗。术后预防性放射治疗不能提高乳腺癌根治术的疗效,亦不能减少局部复发及远处转移。术后同时并用化疗及放疗 ...
