18F-FDG PET/CT在肿瘤治疗耐受区域寻找方面的应用
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2020 肿瘤患者经过放疗、治疗后,肿瘤内耐受治疗的瘤体部分仍会存活下来,这是肿瘤的复发或者转移的主要原因之一。如果能够在治疗前确定肿瘤内具有治疗耐受的区域,并给予针对性的治疗,将获得更好的治疗效果,减少肿瘤复发或者转移的机率。另外,通过分析治疗后肿瘤残存部分代谢的活性,可以明确治疗后仍具有活性的肿瘤部分,对肿瘤再次治疗方案精准制定具有其它方法无法比拟的优势。为了这些目的,本研究采用18 F-FDG PET/CT影像相关指标做为衡量标准用于评价肿瘤治疗前后不同区域代谢的变化 ...
