Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2005 目的了解产CTX-M型超广谱β-内酰胺酶（ESBLs）大肠埃希菌分离株的耐药特点,为临床用药提供数据。方法收集我院临床分离的确证为产ESBLs的大肠埃希菌151株,应用聚合酶链反应（PCR）检测产ESBLs株质粒的CTX-M基因。采用NCCLS推荐的琼脂稀释法测定11种抗生素对所有产酶株的最低抑菌浓度（MIC）,并对结果进行分析。结果PCR结果显示,151株产ESBLs大肠埃希菌中CTX-M阳性为139株。在139株产CTX-M大肠埃希菌中,亚胺培南的抗菌活性最强,敏感率为100%,MIC90为0 ...
