大豆根分泌物活化难溶性铝磷的研究

在酸性红壤上,土壤有效磷含量低,大部分磷以难溶性磷形式存在,这是影响作物生产的重要限制因素之一。作物根分泌物活化难溶性磷的能力对改善其磷素营养具有重要意义。本文系统研究了大豆根分泌物对难溶性铝磷的活化效果,同时运用阴、阳离子交换树脂将根分泌物分成阴离子组分、中性组分和阳离子组分,活化结果表明.阴离子组分对铝磷的活化量显著高于中性组分和阳离子组分。运用分子膜把根分泌物分成大于8K、8~3.5K、3.5~1K和小于1K组分.发现对铝磷活化量最大的组分为小于1K根分泌物组分。另外 ...

管式反应器液相循环反应制备二甘醇乙烯基醚 [PDF]

以乙炔和二甘醇为原料,二甘醇钾为催化剂,采用管式反应器液相循环反应制备二甘醇乙烯基醚。研究了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应压力和停留时间等因素对乙炔转化率的影响,得到较为适宜的反应条件为:催化剂二甘醇钾用量为二甘醇质量的4%、反应温度175℃、反应压力6MPa、停留时间175s。在该条件下进行了液相连续循环反应,反应达到稳态时,二甘醇的转化率为76.03%,二甘醇单乙烯基醚收率为59.03%,二甘醇双乙烯基醚的收率为15.10%,合计二甘醇乙烯基醚总收率为74.13 ...

面向能耗优化的混合线速率保护方法研究

青蒿琥酯对豚鼠气管平滑肌的影响

摘 要 青蒿琥酯能松弛豚鼠气管平滑肌, 并能非竞争性拮抗乙酰胆碱、组织胺的缩气管作用。β 肾上腺 素受体阻断剂噻吗洛尔不能阻断青蒿琥酯的松驰气管作用;青蒿琥酯对豚鼠气管组织腺苷酸环化酶活性呈药 物浓度依赖性明显的激活作用。在一定剂量范围内, 药物浓度与酶的激活作用呈明显的线性关系。提示青蒿 琥酯松驰气管作用与激活腺苷酸环化酶有关。
