目的 了解长春市儿童下呼吸感染病原学特征及其分布规律,为本地区儿童下呼吸道感染的临床治疗提供的参考依据。方法 采用Realtime PCR方法对2018年12月至2019年11月份采集的73份儿童支气管肺泡灌洗液标本进行28种病原及亚型检测。结果 儿童下呼吸道感染中非典型病原体以支原体为主,病毒病原以呼吸道腺病毒、EB病毒、副流感病毒以主,细菌病原感染以流感嗜血杆菌为主。不同的病原体表现不同的流行期。结论 通过对长春市儿童下呼吸道感染进行多病原检测,掌握病原流行特点,不同季节的呼吸道病原谱不一致。
