某矿山冶炼用水脱盐试验研究

某矿山属于含砷难处理金矿，需要采用高压预氧化或生物预氧化工艺对矿石进行预处理后，才能实现金的高效回收。矿山现场水质盐度高，Cl-浓度高，需对其淡化处理后才能用于矿石的氧化处理工艺中。膜技术应用于水处理领域，相比传统技术具有处理效率高、成本低的优势；通过对现场水质的综合分析和针对性的系列试验，结果表明，不用化学预处理除钙镁，膜技术可以直接实现矿区盐水的有效脱盐，满足提金的生产需求。盐水采用电渗析处理后，产水Cl-质量浓度可控制在1.5 g/L，满足生物预氧化对水质的要求，淡水回收率为60%，吨水能耗约为6.
