某矿山属于含砷难处理金矿,需要采用高压预氧化或生物预氧化工艺对矿石进行预处理后,才能实现金的高效回收。矿山现场水质盐度高,Cl-浓度高,需对其淡化处理后才能用于矿石的氧化处理工艺中。膜技术应用于水处理领域,相比传统技术具有处理效率高、成本低的优势;通过对现场水质的综合分析和针对性的系列试验,结果表明,不用化学预处理除钙镁,膜技术可以直接实现矿区盐水的有效脱盐,满足提金的生产需求。盐水采用电渗析处理后,产水Cl-质量浓度可控制在1.5 g/L,满足生物预氧化对水质的要求,淡水回收率为60%,吨水能耗约为6.
