Cloning and sequencing of protein C activator gene from Agkistrodon blomhoffii brevicaudus(江浙蝮蛇蛇毒蛋白C激活因子基因的克隆及测序)

从江浙蝮蛇毒腺中抽提总RNA,RT-PCR进行体外扩增,获得江浙蝮蛇蛇毒蛋白C激活因子基因,克隆至pGEx-5x-3载体中.对3个重组克隆分别作DNA全序列分析,通过遗传密码推导出相应的氨基酸序列.与其它已知的丝氨酸蛋白酶型蛇毒蛋白的氨基酸作比较,其中许多位置上氨基酸有很强的同源性.该基因的成功克隆,不仅推导出江浙蝮蛇蛇毒蛋白C激活因子的蛋白质序列,也为进一步开展江浙蝮蛇蛇毒蛋白C激活因子蛋白质工程的研究工作打下良好的基础.

Trends of drought and flood in Zhejiang Province respond to climatic warming(浙江省汛期旱涝趋势对气候变暖的响应)

近50多年来浙江省气候变化总趋势在逐渐变暖,80年代中期开始变暖明显,增幅加大.浙江省汛期各月降水量对气候变暖的响应不同:在季节转换月份5月和9月,降水量明显减小,而在夏季的降水量增加,8月尤甚.在气候变暖期,浙江省汛期旱涝事件的发生频数增加.大气环流对气候变暖的响应是:5月份,高层南亚高压偏弱偏南,中国东南部上空为平直的西风气流,引导冷空气多偏北东移,中层印缅槽的减弱导致向江南水汽输送减少,低层偏南气流远离华东,浙江省主要受单一西北干燥气流影响,降水显著偏少;8月份,青藏高压位置偏西 ...

Connexin43 Deficiency Leads to Ventricular Arrhythmias by Reprogramming Proline Metabolism

The study demonstrated that connexin43 (Cx43) knockout caused arrhythmic phenotype and decreased proline content in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, Cx43 interacts with the amino acid transporter SNAT2 (sodium‐dependent neutral amino acid transporter), and its deficiency disrupts proline transport and metabolism.
