低风速下涌浪和大气稳定度对海气湍动能通量的影响

海气湍动能通量刻画了海气之间湍动能的交换过程,同时包含着大气湍流相干结构的重要信息。基于广东茂名附近海上观测塔2012年2月15日至5月8日的实测大气湍流数据以及同步波浪测量数据,研究并对比了低风速情况下不同海浪条件和大气稳定度对海气界面湍动能通量的影响规律,采用谱分析和概率统计方法定量地展示了这些影响的显著性和幅度特征。结果表明,涌浪情况下,湍动能通量协谱和Ogive曲线上会出现相应受影响区域,涌浪能够导致湍动能通量的减小。通过对通量归一化和正、负贡献量的提取发现:在相同风速下 ...

七子花是我国特有的单种属珍稀濒危植物,为国家二级重点保护野生植物,主要分布于浙江、安徽和湖北,而浙江是其分布中心.作者在野外调查的基础上,分析了浙江省七子花的地理分布特点、种群数量和群落类型.结果显示:浙江有七子花分布的群落总面积为54.28公顷,保存有七子花约近3万株(丛),并集中分布在临安等5个县市.七子花分布的群落类型较多,但未见于常绿阔叶林中,反映了七子花是在人类长期干扰下勉强生存.但是,七子花对非生物环境的适应幅度较宽,其种群的生存和发展还是有希望的.最后,根据七子花的资源现状 ...

Te@Se core–shell heterojunction quantum dots (QDs) are synthesized by a two‐step strategy via combining liquid‐phase exfoliation and epitaxial growth. In this article, proteolysis targeting chimeras (PROTACs) bearing a polyamine linker capable of crossing cancer cell membranes via the polyamine transport system are synthesized and evaluated. The results provide valuable insights for the design of PROTACs with enhanced cellular uptake efficiency.

投喂频率对横带髭鲷(Hapalogenys mucronatus)幼鱼生长、体成分、消化系统酶活及组织结构的影响

山莨菪碱在杀香鱼假单胞菌灭活疫苗浸泡免疫大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)中的应用

为探究山莨菪碱在浸泡免疫大黄鱼中的应用效果,以添加山莨菪碱佐剂的杀香鱼假单胞菌灭活疫苗浸泡免疫大黄鱼,结果显示,免疫后1~4周,无佐剂疫苗组(FKC组)和山莨菪碱疫苗组(FKCA组)血清抗体水平均显著升高,第2~3周FKCA组血清抗体显著高于FKC组。rt-PCR结果显示,从免疫后第4天开始,头肾、脾脏中免疫因子IgM、IL-1β、MHC-Iα、MHC-IIβ、CD4、CD8的表达量均出现升高,FKCA组头肾中IgM、IL-1β、MHC-Iα、CD8的表达峰值显著高于FKC组。酶活结果显示 ...
