Bi‐Functional Single‐Crystalline Active Layers for Uniform Area‐Emitting Organic Light‐Emitting Transistors

This work employs monolayer molecular crystals (MMCs) as bi‐functional active layers in organic light‐emitting transistors (OLETs). Thanks to the efficient horizontal hole transport and vertical hole injection, the OLETs show a high mobility of 6.64 cm2V−1s−1 and exhibit uniform area emission.

髓系肿瘤中铁代谢及铁死亡的研究进展

研究表明,铁代谢和铁死亡影响了髓系肿瘤的发生发展,可以作为其治疗靶点。铁代谢失调存在于多种髓系肿瘤中:急性髓系白血病的预后与铁代谢分子的差异表达相关;伴随铁过载的骨髓增生异常综合征患者预后不良;骨髓增殖性肿瘤常表现为缺铁和红细胞增多共存,可通过靶向铁调素进行治疗。髓系肿瘤细胞容易受到活性氧积累的影响而发生氧化损伤,具有铁死亡敏感性。在急性髓系白血病和骨髓增生异常综合征中,铁死亡均具有抗肿瘤作用;在慢性髓系白血病中,靶向铁死亡可以逆转伊马替尼耐药。本文综述了髓系肿瘤发生发展中铁代谢水平的特征 ...
