Haiyang yu huzhao为探究山莨菪碱在浸泡免疫大黄鱼中的应用效果，以添加山莨菪碱佐剂的杀香鱼假单胞菌灭活疫苗浸泡免疫大黄鱼，结果显示，免疫后1~4周，无佐剂疫苗组(FKC组)和山莨菪碱疫苗组(FKCA组)血清抗体水平均显著升高，第2~3周FKCA组血清抗体显著高于FKC组。rt-PCR结果显示，从免疫后第4天开始，头肾、脾脏中免疫因子IgM、IL-1β、MHC-Iα、MHC-IIβ、CD4、CD8的表达量均出现升高，FKCA组头肾中IgM、IL-1β、MHC-Iα、CD8的表达峰值显著高于FKC组。酶活结果显示 ...
