海上风电场海缆路径布置形式多样,不同路径形式对海缆综合成本影响较大。文中根据海上风电场电气组网特征,研究海缆布局优化设计方法,建立海缆建设成本和海缆运行损耗成本的优化模型,采用退火算法优化集电海缆拓扑结构,并考虑输电海缆路由结构,以海缆综合成本最低为目标,在全风电场范围内利用MATLAB插值拟合函数构建海缆综合成本与升压站位置的非线性函数关系,据此计算综合成本最小的目标升压站位置,从而确定海缆优化布置方案。通过案例计算,得到了良好的海缆优化布局方案,海缆综合成本有较大降低。结果表明 ...
