A clinical study on heating fumigation of oxygen humidification bottles via using formaldehyde
Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]探讨氧气湿化瓶的有效消毒方法。[方法]将160个清洁氧气湿化瓶随机分为两组,每组80个。实验组氧气湿化瓶分菌种人工投菌后用40%甲醛加热熏蒸消毒;对照组氧气湿化瓶分菌种人工投菌后用0.3%次氯酸钠溶液浸泡消毒。对两组消毒后的氧气湿化瓶进行细菌培养。[结果]甲醛加热熏蒸消毒后的氧气湿化瓶细菌培养阳性率为3.75%,次氯酸钠溶液浸泡消毒后的氧气湿化瓶细菌培养阳性率为27.50%。[结论]甲醛加热熏蒸消毒法的消毒效果明显优于次氯酸钠溶液浸泡消毒法。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2022 病毒性腹泻属于感染性腹泻的一种，由病毒感染所致，其临床症状多表现为呕吐、排便次数增多、机体水电解质紊乱等，其中以轮状病毒(Rotavirus,RV)感染性腹泻最为常见，另外因儿童各器官功能与成人相比尚未发育成熟，免疫功能低下，加之消化系统酶系活性较低、消化液分泌不足，较易受到病毒入侵，最终导致病毒性腹泻的发生[1-3]。
