FGG在结直肠癌中的表达及意义

目的研究FGG蛋白在结直肠癌及其周围的癌旁组织的表达情况,探讨FGG在结直肠癌中的临床意义,以及评价作为该病肿瘤标志物的潜力。方法应用液质联用技术,分析结直肠癌中表达的差异蛋白情况,利用Western blot方法对其准确性进行验证。结果经质谱鉴定后得出FGG在结直肠癌中较正常组织中表达增高,Western blot结果与之吻合。结论可将FGG视为结直肠癌病情监测以及疗效预测中的潜在标志物之一。

采用离子色谱(IC)和光化学衍生荧光检测(PCF)联用技术,建立了保健品中核黄素的分析方法.色谱柱选用Dionex Ion Pac AG11-HC保护柱(4 mm×50 mm)和Ion Pac AS11-HC分析柱(4 mm × 250 mm),淋洗液为40 mmol• L-1 NaOH.待测物通过自制光化学反应器(254 nm)在线衍生,核黄素转化为强荧光物质,从而以荧光检测器检测.在优化的实验条件下,对50 mg • L-1的核黄素溶液平行测定6次的保留时间和峰面积相对标准偏差分别为0.6%和2.1%

随着核电在中国能源结构中地位的不断提升,核电厂液态流出物中的氚减排问题已成为核电发展过程中必须解决的关键问题。分析现有的氚水处理技术,针对核电厂液态流出物中氚浓度低且流出量大的特点,以及高减容因子和高安全、经济性要求,本研究提出了一种水精馏(WD)-联合电解催化交换(CECE)级联的氚减排工艺。结合国内主力堆型的液态流出物氚减排需求,进行了初步方案设计和能耗评估。结果表明,采用该设计方案后,核电厂液态流出物中的氚去污因子可达到20.4,氚物质的量减容倍数可达4 857,显著提高了氚减排效率 ...
