基于温升试验的中压开关柜温升控制探讨

针对KYN28A—12型交流金属封闭开关设备温升超标问题,基于温升试验结果分析了影响开关柜温升的因素,并提出优化设计方法和解决措施。通过三维建模及有限元分析,得到开关柜三维温度场和流场的分析结果,确定了以改善开关柜触头盒内部流场作为降低温升的主要措施,并设计了一种改善开关柜内流场分布的导流装置。经试验,温升符合有关标准要求,并验证了提升触头盒内部流场可以有效降低开关柜有关位置的温升。

我国水轮发电机定子升温计算一直沿用30年代理论,50年代的国外公式进行平均温升计算,按这种方法计算的升温有三个问题:1.把通风与升温完全独立开来,温升计算时不考虑通风冷却条件,反映不出它们的因果关系;2.脱离实际的硬性规定温升分布是轴对称的,不仅是最高温升的地点不对,数值大小也不准确;

考虑冰层下移的输电线路高频融冰温升影响因素分析

高频融冰热效率高,具有实现输电线路在线融冰的发展前景,揭示融冰过程中温升与环境等因素的变化规律对于实际应用具有重要意义。文中建立了覆冰线路高频融冰模型,重点考虑了冰层下移时环境温度、风速和覆冰厚度等因素对冰层内表面温升的影响。研究结果表明:在融冰过程中,对流换热强度影响冰层内表面温升速率,风速降低、环境温度升高,对流换热强度减弱,温升速率均增大,但温升速率随覆冰厚度增大而减小。因而选择合适的环境条件和覆冰厚度时机进行融冰能有效提高温升速率和缩短融冰时间。

为研究基于红外检测的GIS内部过热缺陷严重程度的评估方法,分别在母线三相共箱结构GIS腔体内的A相和B相设置"工"字形导体,模拟GIS内部导体接触不良引起的过热缺陷,开展了不同电流下的GIS温升实验。实验中,采用电子式测温技术和红外测温技术分别对GIS内部导体以及壳体的温度进行测量。实验结果表明,模拟缺陷分别设置于A相和B相时,前者内部导体和壳体的温升均高于后者。内部导体和壳体的温升在轴向上呈现出先升高后降低的变化趋势,模拟缺陷处的温升值最大。通过分析内部导体和壳体的温升关系 ...

采用4种不同纵磁触头结构的126kV单断口真空断路器温升性能对比研究

为进一步提升126 kV单断口真空断路器额定通流能力,文中针对4种采用不同纵磁触头结构的126 kV真空断路器的温升特性通过仿真进行了对比研究。4种纵磁触头分别为2/3、3/4匝线圈型、马蹄铁型和开槽马蹄铁型纵磁触头。有限元仿真结果表明在通流3 150 A时4种触头的热态交流电阻分别为30.2、36.9、24.0、16.3μΩ。4种断路器整机的温度分布采用有限体积法计算得到,温升仿真模型由通流2 500 A下的实验结果验证。结果表明,仿真模型在灭弧室周围的5个测温点内计算误差小于10 ...
