升高CO2浓度和升温下滇杨(Populus yunnanensis)雌雄植株对盐胁迫的响应差异

自工业革命以来,随着人类技术的发展和化石燃料的使用,全球CO2浓度排放不断增加,导致全球气温升高。升高CO2浓度和升温不仅已经成为植物生存的基本背景,而且带来很多环境问题,如加剧的盐胁迫。另一方面,雌雄异株植株由于性比上的分化及生境上的隔离,可能比其他植物种对环境改变和气候变化更为敏感。以往的研究发现,雌雄异株植物在胁迫条件下具有显著的性别差异,雄株在胁迫下比雌株生长的更好,然而由于气候变化下升高CO2浓度和升温的生存背景,预测未来雌雄异株对环境胁迫的响应需要考虑到气候变化的因素。本研究以滇杨为模式植物,

高低温条件下隔离开关通流能力的研究

以隔离开关关键零部件触头为研究对象,建立温升理论模型,通过±60℃高低温试验平台,测试了1 000次机械操作前后触头表面夹紧力、压紧弹簧力值、触头磨损率和回路电阻等通流参数,设计触头温升试验,定量研究高低温对触头通流能力的影响。建立温度与触头夹紧力、镀银层磨损量和接触电阻的关系曲线,分析了触头夹紧力、镀银层和接触电阻随温度变化情况,通过试验研究可知,低温环境对触头温升变化没有高温影响大,为隔离开关触头优化改进和通流能力的提升奠定理论基础。
