压气式SF6断路器空载和负载下压力测量试验研究

笔者采用压阻式压力传感器和光纤压力传感器对252 kV压气式断路器空载和10 kA开断电流条件下灭弧室内的暂态气压进行了测量,得到了灭弧室内压气缸、喷口上游、喷口喉部、喷口下游4个测点的暂态气压,并对试验方法和测试系统进行了介绍。试验证明,压阻式压力传感器和光纤压力传感器均可以有效测量断路器灭弧室的暂态气压,导压管长度对测量结果的影响不容忽视。

40.5 kV户内高压六氟化硫断路器灭弧室外壳一般采用合金铝或钢质材料,一次触臂导体与接地的灭弧室外壳之间要求耐受工频和雷电冲击电压,文中通过对多种绝缘设计方案的计算机电场仿真计算,确定了一种电场强度分布相对均匀的设计方案;经过反复工艺试验对比,取得了满意的效果。

SF6断路器灭弧室二维轴对称气流场有限元计算

采用加权余数有限无法,对灭弧室内的轴对称气流场进行了数值计算,空间离散采用Calerkin加权积分,时间离散采用泰勒展开式,为了抑制非物理振荡,在方程中引入人工粘性修正。在解法上采用质量集中法(Lumped Mass Method)。计算结果与理论分析相吻和,表明这是一种十分有效的灭弧室气流场数值分析方法。

考虑电场非均匀性的多腔室并联间隙等效间距计算方法研究

多腔室并联间隙具有响应速度快、灭弧性能良好、能有效抑制雷电冲击对电网设备的影响等优点,可作为配网线路防雷措施的补充。多腔室并联间隙不同于普通并联间隙,其雷电冲击闪络路径复杂,装置整体放电特性掌握不全面,难以对放电间隙进行合理设置,而放电间隙设置不当会造成雷电冲击闪络定位失败,导致电弧灼烧绝缘子。为研究多腔室并联间隙的雷电冲击闪络定位条件,本文仿真分析了多腔室灭弧结构的电场非均匀性,根据仿真结果提出将多腔室灭弧结构等效为棒-棒空气间隙;并进一步开展了多腔室灭弧结构的雷电冲击闪络试验 ...
