寻常型银屑病是一种具有特征性皮损的慢性炎症性皮肤病,易复发,其病理机制尚不完全清楚,多认为T淋巴细胞介导的免疫炎症反应是其发病的重要因素[1]。研究表明,寻常型银屑病患者外周血T淋巴细胞表现为增殖活性增强,活化的T淋巴细胞通过细胞表面粘附因子浸润真皮,真皮层浸润的T淋巴细胞通过释放干扰素,诱导表皮细胞合成肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素(IL)等细胞因子,导致表皮中性粒细胞浸润,而引起皮肤炎症[2]。
