Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2020 微炎症是慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者在尿毒症毒素、补体、免疫复合物的刺激下,单核巨噬细胞系统被激活,促使血液中急性时相反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等炎性细胞因子升高,是一种长期低度非显性的炎症状态。慢性肾脏病早期即可出现微炎症状态,随着慢性肾脏病的进展呈加重趋势,是肾脏病众多并发症尤其是动脉粥样硬化的重要非传统致病因素。CRP、IL-6、TNF-α是最能反应微炎症状态的指标。
