对聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)进行热氧老化试验,采用三种表征方法,从化学结构变化的角度对PVB的热氧老化机理进行研究。研究结果表明:PVB的抗热氧老化性能较差,其羟基、羰基、缩丁醛基均对热敏感。老化前期PVB主要发生降解,首先是在热的作用下,羟基氧化、酯基分解、缩醛环受热开环生成烷氧自由基,然后生成酮、醛,生成的自由基可以诱导分子链断裂并夺取PVB中活泼的氢原子进而又生成自由基。老化后期PVB老化反应以交联为主。热氧老化1d即生成醛,羟基、酯羰基开始减少,老化2 d生成酮,缩醛环老化6 d急剧减少 ...

文中对顺丁橡胶进行热氧老化研究,采用核磁共振氢谱、傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱、紫外-可见光吸收光谱法3种谱学法对老化产物进行表征。追踪顺丁橡胶在老化过程中化学结构的变化,进而探究其老化机理。结果表明,顺丁橡胶的抗热氧老化能力较差,在120℃老化0.5 d时,其结构即发生明显变化,烯烃含量明显下降,生成醇及醛酮化合物,老化15 d时顺丁橡胶双键α-H已反应约97%。热氧老化反应机理为双键α-H先发生氧化形成过氧化羟基,进而氧化成醇及醛酮化合物,最终降解生成末端丙烯醛,同时双键发生自由基加成反应 ...
