为了解微能量单脉冲放电加工原理,文中从微细电火花单脉冲放电加工具有放电时间短,放电通道半径小,能量密度高等特点入手,从单脉冲热作用模型的放电通道半径和能量分配系数方面对当前电火花单脉冲蚀出模型进行改进。建立了时变放电通道的热作用模型,并验证了模型的正确性,提出了单脉冲热作用模型中能量分配到工件表面的百分比系数随着放电参数的变化而变化的规律,为微细电火花的广泛应用奠定基础。The single pulse micro electric discharge machining( micro-EDM) has

等离子体的宏观特性和内部微观过程紧密联系在一起。研究等离子体粒子组分构成以及对组分有强烈依赖关系的热力学参数、输运参数等物性参数,将为深入了解等离子体的形成机理奠定微观理论基础。笔者从元素化学计量守恒、道尔顿分压定律、质量作用定律、等离子体电荷准中性条件出发,总结了计算平衡态和非平衡态等离子体化学组分的基本方法。在此基础上,介绍了等离子体热力学参数(质量密度、焓值、熵值与比热)和输运参数的计算方法,并阐述了目前等离子体物性参数计算研究中存在的主要问题。

拉格朗日追踪法在速凝浆液流动模拟中的应用 [PDF]

速凝水泥浆液黏度具有时变特性,流动过程中黏度时空分布不均匀。本研究通过实验测量速凝浆液的流变特性,建立该浆液的流变本构模型。考虑到速凝浆液物性参数随体变化,基于拉格朗日追踪方法,建立速凝浆液流动的数学模型。通过有限元数值模拟可以得到黏度,压力随时间变化的规律,对比数值结果与室内实验结果,验证该数学模型的适用性。对比传统方法,通过流量、压力、注浆能耗间的变化规律,验证了速凝浆液流动中采用拉格朗日追踪法描述流体物性参数随时间和空间变化的必要性。研究结果可为实际工程注浆参数的确定提供理论依据 ...
