考虑动态频率响应的孤岛微电网日前—日内两阶段高分辨率优化调度
高比例新能源渗透的微电网具有惯量低、系统动态频率响应能力弱等特征,处在孤岛运行模式的微电网频率更易受波动。针对微电网频率稳定性问题,将动态频率响应模型加入到优化调度中,推导系统频率安全约束以提高系统调频能力。含动态频率响应约束的调度模型具有多约束、非线性、高维等特征,现有研究中忽略了调度模型线性化的影响。基于此,在考虑动态频率响应的孤岛微电网日前—日内两阶段优化调度模型中引入日内高分辨率离散策略,在日前优化调度的基础上选取能更好的拟合系统净负荷出力曲线的高分辨率进行日内优化调度,修正日前调度计划。最后 ...
