以广州动物园人工饲养的10只环尾狐猴(雄性5只,雌性5只)为研究对象,根据广州地区多雨潮湿的气候条件,以400 m2草地作为饲养场地,配置栖枝、凉亭和恒温保暖箱,采取逐只投喂的办法进行饲养。在广州地区的气候条件下,环尾狐猴2岁即可进行繁殖交配,发情期为8~9月,妊娠期为5个月,育幼主要由母猴来完成,雄猴可参与育幼,母猴有明显的护食行为。当气温低于15℃时,狐猴进入恒温保暖箱活动。在华南地区的气候条件下,环尾狐猴的饲养管理需做好防雨、防晒工作,冬季气温低于15℃时需开启恒温保暖设施。在繁殖育幼期 ...

2014年3~10月,在哈尔滨北方森林动物园对湿地展区中饲养的黑冠鹤和灰冠鹤进行了局部丰容改造前后食物选择对比的研究。研究结果显示:在整个观察期内2种冠鹤对于植物的选择是有规律性的,2种冠鹤对于狗尾草、金狗尾草、苍蝇、蚂蚁和人工饲料的觅食选择(0.01≤P≤0.05)表现为差异显著; 对白车轴草、苦荬菜、车前、藜的觅食选择(P≤0.01)表现为差异极显著; 但对于稗草、香蒲、青麻、蒲公英、蚂蚱、蜻蜓等的觅食选择(P≥0.05)表现为差异不显著 ...

记录1只人工育幼白颊长臂猿明显异常行为的矫正过程,矫正内容包括:(1)毛巾脱离训练;(2)吮吸手指、身体撞地、过度紧迫3种刻板行为矫正;(3)树栖行为恢复训练3部分。矫正采用环境丰容与食物丰容相结合的方式,幼猿由原简单布置的育幼室迁到备有较多攀爬绳索、可见同类行为模式、自然植被丰富等具有相当丰容程度的新笼舍,投喂方式由定时定点转为散放、不定时放置食物。毛巾脱离训练成功后,采用事件取样法对该长臂猿异常行为和树栖时间进行观察记录,结果表明幼猿吮吸手指、身体撞地、过度紧迫3种异常行为分别由原来87.6%、26.

ABSTRACT Weakening the electrostatic attraction between Mg2+ ions and H− ions in MgH2 is vital for improving the kinetic performance of MgH2 for hydrogen storage. Herein, a multivalent microenvironment is synergistically created by Mn and Mg2Ni to break the stable structure of MgH2, enabling rapid and stable de/hydrogenation performance.

A content analysis of 154 nature education lesson plans from China showed that educators designed diverse programs tailored to age‐specific developmental and social needs. Most focused on personal growth, such as cognitive development, mental well‐being, and family bonding, but few explicitly addressed environmental conservation goals.
