针对无人机巡检电力玻璃绝缘子过程中,无人机的计算能力和存储资源有限,且在黑暗、光照、噪声干扰、特殊天气等复杂环境下拍摄的玻璃绝缘子自爆缺陷图片难以检测的问题。提出一种适用于复杂环境下玻璃绝缘子自爆的实时检测方法。该方法以具有轻量化特点的YOLOX-s目标检测模型为基础。首先,采用多阶段迁移学习策略提升模型整体性能。其次,通过新增一层浅层特征进行特征融合,使得融合后特征的位置信息更加丰富,更利于自爆缺陷小目标的定位。同时利用Focal Loss专注困难样本学习,提高模型在复杂环境下的鲁棒性。最后 ...
