分三个阶段即污泥菌种活化、生物膜培养、微生物驯化,阐述了在废水生物接触氧化处理中以牛奶加啤酒作营养液对生物膜进行培养与驯化的方法,并提出了实际应用中在生物膜的厚度、水温和pH、充氧量、营养物质等方面的有关注意事项。工程实践证明,运用该方法培养驯化生物膜效果良好。

琼脂包埋法固定化污泥中产氢微生物的改性方法

本发明是通过添加厌氧菌琼脂和γ-氧化铝对琼脂包埋法固定化污泥中的产氢微生物进行改性。普通琼脂与厌氧菌琼脂的质量比为2:1~4:1,γ-氧化铝的添加量为1.5~2.5%,琼脂溶液与污泥的体积比为2:3~3:2,滴球成形后接种于厌氧发酵制氢体系中。厌氧菌琼脂能够为产氢微生物提供营养、缩短适应期,被微生物利用后形成一定的孔道有利于传质。γ-氧化铝无毒、无臭、硬度大、比表面积大、吸附性强、溶液透过速率快,有利于微生物的附着,有利于增强琼脂小球的机械强度和促进传质过程。本发明对琼脂包埋法改性后,能够提高累积产氢量、
