海岸带自然资源充足,环境条件优越,支撑着沿海地区社会经济发展。然而,海岸带由于受到来自陆域和海洋的强烈相互作用,成为了最易受到环境影响而变化的生态敏感区和脆弱性较强的生态系统。相比自然的影响,人类活动是海岸带生态系统受到的最主要干扰源。随着近年来海岸带地区人类开发活动强度的持续增加,海岸带出现了资源日渐匮乏、环境质量下降、生态风险升高等一系列问题,海岸带生态系统呈现出一定的退化趋势。开展海岸带生态系统承载力评价研究,有利于协调自然、经济、社会之间的发展关系,为制定合理的海洋发展战略提供科学依据和技术支撑。

油茶籽淀粉的结构与体外模拟消化特性研Structure and digestion property in vitro of Camellia oleifera starch

为促进油茶籽淀粉资源的开发利用,采用“碱提+酶解”工艺从油茶籽粕中提取油茶籽淀粉,并以市售玉米淀粉和马铃薯淀粉为对照,比较其结构和体外消化特性。结果表明:本工艺所得油茶籽淀粉的提取率为64.25%,纯度为92.66%;与市售玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉相比,油茶籽淀粉呈圆球形或椭球形,颗粒更小;油茶籽淀粉为典型的A型淀粉,其长程结构不稳定,相对结晶度更低;油茶籽淀粉的短程有序程度与市售玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉相似,但双螺旋度数更低;油茶籽淀粉抗性淀粉含量(16.91%)更高。综上 ...
