[目的]了解外伤截瘫病人的家庭支持和生活质量及其二者之间的关系。[方法]采用家庭支持自评量表(MPSS -Fa)和生活质量自评量表(QOLQ ) ,对65例外伤截瘫病人进行问卷调查。[结果]外伤截瘫病人的生活质量与其家庭支持呈显著的正相关。[结论]提高家庭支持程度,可提高病人的生活质量。
