为了探索秸秆还田与氮肥配施对砂质潮土微生物活性与土壤团聚体的影响。采用室内培养的方法, 在定量秸秆条件下, 通过控制尿素用量, 研究不同氮肥用量与秸秆配施比例对砂质潮土的有机质、土壤微生物量碳、氮含量、土壤酶活性以及土壤团聚体的影响。结果表明: 与CK相比, 秸秆配施适量氮肥, 能显著提高土壤有机质(29.04%~41.90%)、微生物量碳(53.34%~90.33%)、氮含量(25.41%~38.67%)、土壤脲酶(35.29%~44.12%)、多酚氧化酶活性(36.67%~53.33%)以及大团聚体(
